Booking Terms & Conditions

 

Our Rights

  • Bucks Bumps, Birth & Babies reserve the right to alter or cancel courses at any time. Alterations may include the dates, times, or location of the course. Should we need to do this, you will be contacted via telephone and email at our earliest convenience. If you are no longer able to attend due to changes/cancellation made by us, you’ll be offered an alternative or full refund.
  • Bucks Bumps, Birth & Babies reserve the right to alter course content or the layout of the sessions at any time.

 

Payments & Refunds

The £50 deposit paid at the time of booking a course is non-refundable unless:

  1. Bucks, Bumps, Birth & Babies alter or cancel your original course booking details and you’re no longer able to attend.
  2. You’re booked on to a course due to start prior to 32 weeks of pregnancy and your baby arrives before the course start date.

 

  • If you advise us that you’re unable to attend the course for any other reason and this is prior to the course start date, the fees paid will be refunded minus the £50 deposit. If you have booked and paid for a group course and cannot attend, you’ll be offered the option of a 1:1 course with a refund of the change of course price difference.
  • The course fee should be completely paid by the latest date of one week prior to the course start date. If the fees remain unpaid on this date, the paid fees will be refunded, minus the £50 deposit and your place on the course will be cancelled. One payment reminder will be sent two weeks prior to your course start date and it is your responsibility to ensure the fee is paid in time. If you are experiencing any difficulties with payments, please contact us to discuss this.

When booking a birth preferences discussion or postnatal/feeding support session, full payment is required upon receipt of an invoice.

 

Course Materials

Any written/printed/recorded materials are the property of the Bucks Bumps, Birth & Babies facilitators and should not be used by or shared with anyone other than Bucks Bumps, Birth & Babies course participants. Should you feel the need to share any materials, please request to do so in writing.

 

Photography & Recording

By booking a service you are consenting to Bucks Bumps, Birth & Babies facilitators photographing and recording your participation for promotional, marketing and sales purposes. Participants are politely asked not to photograph or record any parts of courses or packages that they are enrolled in.

 

Health & Safety

You are responsible for your own safety and wellbeing. Bucks Bumps, Birth & Babies will not be held liable for any personal injury you may obtain during our courses. By taking part in any physical aspects of the course, you deem them safe for your participation. If you have any complex conditions, please do not take part in the physical aspects of the course. No medical advice can be given by Bucks Bumps, Birth & Babies facilitators.  

 

Disclaimer

You should always seek medical advice from your professional caregiver who is external to Bucks Bumps, Birth & Babies. Should the course facilitator be one of your professional caregivers, then personal medical advice should be sought outside of Bucks Bumps, Birth & Babies scheduled sessions/courses. No course content, communications, materials, or contact is intended as medical advice. The Bucks Bumps, Birth & Babies facilitators will not be held liable for any complications that may arise during pregnancy, labour, birth or postnatally because of information, techniques, or communications that you’ve acquired from us.
